hi every one , i have been trying to get hold of a fuel sender unit for my series 3 convertible for months to no avail so i looked on eBay for a similar type , and guess what an early mini van & estate looked very similar so i bought one £18 all the holes line up all i had to do was bend the float rod , and yes it worked perfect , and by the way were are all the series owners in the north west i am getting lonely cheers Len

I was just wondering something similar whilst fiddling with my sender this week. Great find!

Hello Ian,

I'm in Clayton le Moors near Accrington and Webmaster has recently sorted out the private email facility.

Tony.
