Hi all,
So picked up CRU800L earlier in the week and want to get a couple of minor issues sorted.
The first is to get the milometer working, as the speedo works I'm going to assume it not the cable or the connections at either end.
Has anyone any experience with the milometer not working while the speedo does and did you fix it?
Thanks in advance,
Jon

Yes, had that on my H120 many years ago: some May say ideal, but I wanted to know my mileage for servicing etc. I just replaced the whole speedo as although repairable, cost was not worth it. Sometimes resetting the trip a few times seems to clear it and get it working again, but only a temporary solution I found.
It is a bit fiddly to remove instruments as they are screwed to back of dash, but with the cluster pulled forward from dash it can be done in situ - screws, accessible from front and clips accessible from rear, hold it in place. G
