 Place of fuse box in a Rapier series 4

My car won't start at all just like the battery is empty. I measured a healthy 13,26 volts accross the poles of the battery so it is not broken. The accumate which I have now connected to the battery shows it is not fully loaden.
In the meantime I want to check if a fuse has gone. While I find the fuse box on my Tiger under the dashbord I fail to find the fuse box on the Rapier.
I should appreciate it very much if someone could point me in the right direction.

Well I have found the culprit of my starting troubles.While the voltmeter showed a healthy 13,26 Volts on the poles of the battery I moved over one pin of the voltmeter to the startersolenoid and found....zero! The only thing between the battery and the startersolenoid is a big cable plus.....a cut out switch from which I am used to turn the wheel of the switch a few turns in order to break the electrical circuit. Although brand new this switch was not functioning the way it has to do. So a new switch is ordered.
It took only a few minutes to detect but since the car is stored in my garage in a Carcoon access to the engine bay is not easy, so today I pused the car out of the garage and got plenty of room to investigate. Sometimes little things have big consequenses......

Thank you Glen this is wat I need. Rootes was in my opinion a little mad when they fused their cars as they did. Almost everything is wired over one fuse. The other fuse is used for something like the interior light. In my Tiger it is just as mad.
I don't think the starter motor is the culprit because everything is dead. Lights, wipers, radio etc. If the battery is not dead, which I don't believe, then I suspect a bad connection with just that fuse that protects almost the whole car.
Tomorrow I will have a look and inform the forum about the results.

Hello Peter,I'm more a Fastback man, but I had Series cars (IIIA & II) many years ago & the small fuse box with 3 fuses was next to the regulator on the left hand bulk-head. I think a central screw holds the cover on. Not sure which circuits each of the 35amp fuses protect. I would not have thought it was fuse problem, as these normally protect the lighter current circuits; but I'm no auto-electrician . Is starter motor stuck/seized? I'm sure there will be other help. G.
