Hi,
My Dad bought this 'project' a couple of weeks ago and we're gradually bringing it back to life after being laid up since 1988!
Bought from eBay, of course - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Tax-Exempt-Sunbeam-Rapier-auto-project-car-/120566130404?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item1c124d26e4
We do have one important question -
Where do we get spare parts for our '71 Rapier fastback from?
Please advise,
Richard

Where does this bit go Dad?

Don't forget the Sunbeam Rapier Owners Club! After all this is their site! 30% discount to members Spares list, not that up to date is on the Spares page. BTW is the car FUE or FOE; can't see in the photos. Looks like a good buy; best of luck with the resto. G.

Hi Richard.... Car looks to be in good nick by ebay standards. Reckon you got a good deal. Shouldn't that username be 'Tommy three cars'! Put up speedy spares URL on the other thread you started.

Tim.

Building the '2nd series' fastback Rapier ('Arrocuda').
