Posted - 06 Aug 2013 : 17:11:58 my sons 1040 stiletto has a modified bearing and arm,it needs one as its around 109 bhp !
his avenger was screeching after the last rally I did so presume the 1500gt uses a carbon type bearing
its usual to remove the cover boss that the bearing pushes against when using a roller type
I have found a clutch specialist that can sort it out at a reasonable price see what its like when it comes back.
my car runs a 7.5 clutch

Posted - 06 Aug 2013 : 16:10:24 I think it should fit as is, but I know Avenger uses roller brg and clutch cover - although looks identical to std F'back 7.5" one - it isn't as it does not have the 'nose' that they and of course H120 have on their 8.5" clutch cover. I heard this was due to having a roller brg rather than carbon one, but I've not seen this first hand. I can try and check with my Rootes man. Will let you know when I have. G |

Posted - 20 May 2013 : 17:21:21 No problem got mine from him last year, the club has got many but you'll probably need to search them out yourself as they're all in one bag and there are a few different shapes as you might know! ;)

Posted - 06 May 2013 : 21:21:42 Hi Thomas The ebc parts came from http://www.camskill.co.uk/ who are ebc dealers The discs are part number do33 And the pads dp2161 I have used them before for tyres and are reliable
The cost was £135.00 inc vat delivered in the uk I have used green stuff in the past for competition but for a road car ebc ultimax would be fine as they are a lot cheaper !
I went through the many boxes of spares I got with the car and found a lot of non rapier parts and after a rummage I have found a glove box lid catch and a clutch master cylinder and several parts that I thought where missing which I have bought via eBay lol
Expecting the car to be ready (roll cage fitting) before weekend will post up some pics when it's back for those interested
Parts arrived include some new 4 point rally harnesses and mounting eyes Some more spare gaskets and a rally trip meter !
