I made new ends for mine from stainless steel - this is the section that joins the front wings and gets all the muck from the front tyres. It's not very difficult to make two repair panels for that part. But the centre section with all it's curves I have never tried to make.
I'm looking for a front valance for my '68 rapier fastback... Mine is in sorry state with lots of surface rust, holes, and a big dent on the corner of the number plate back up... If there is anyone who wants to sell his/her's to me, please let me know.
